Executive Leadership Team

The Executive Leadership Team of Education, Protection, Safety, and Empowerment (EPSE2021) is deeply committed to advancing the organization’s mission to champion the education, protection, and empowerment of women, youth, and families. Guided by lived experience, professional expertise, and a shared belief in equity and opportunity, EPSE’s leadership provides the strategic direction and accountability necessary to drive meaningful, sustainable change.

As a nonprofit social service organization, EPSE2021 focuses on strengthening the overall well-being of individuals, children, and families by addressing both immediate needs and long-term outcomes. Our leadership team ensures that all programs and initiatives remain rooted in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and community-centered practices—meeting people where they are while supporting pathways to self-sufficiency and resilience.

This vision is brought to life through innovative solutions such as The Youth Den App, a digital extension of EPSE’s mission. The Youth Den bridges technology and human connection by providing youth with safe, accessible tools for education, mental health support, mentorship, and skill-building. Executive leadership plays a critical role in aligning this innovation with EPSE’s values, ensuring that technology enhances—not replaces—trusted relationships, community engagement, and holistic support.

Together, EPSE2021’s Executive Leadership Team leads with purpose, integrity, and compassion, fostering collaboration across communities and systems. Through strategic leadership, responsive services, and forward-thinking innovation, we remain steadfast in our commitment to creating lasting impact and building a brighter, more empowered future for the communities we serve.
